1. About JustSay

JustSay is an anonymous messaging platform that allows users to create a public link and receive anonymous messages. No login or account registration is required to use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use JustSay. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. No User Accounts

JustSay does not require account creation, passwords, or identity verification. You are responsible for keeping your inbox link and access code secure.

4. Anonymous Messages & Content

Messages sent via JustSay are user-generated and anonymous. JustSay does not review, moderate, or endorse any message content.

5. Prohibited Use

• Harassment, abuse, or threats
• Hate speech or discrimination
• Sexual content involving minors
• Impersonation, fraud, or scams
• Malware, spam, or phishing
• Encouraging violence or self-harm

6. Message Storage & Deletion

Messages are temporary and automatically deleted after a limited period (currently up to 36 hours). Deleted messages cannot be recovered.

7. Privacy & Anonymity

JustSay is designed to protect anonymity. We do not store sender identities. Limited technical data may be logged to prevent abuse or comply with legal requirements.

8. Public Links & Sharing

Inbox links are public by nature. Anyone with the link may send messages. Anyone with the inbox access code may view messages.

9. Intellectual Property

All branding, design, and platform features belong to JustSay. You may not copy or redistribute any part without permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

JustSay is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or message delivery.

11. Limitation of Liability

JustSay is not liable for user-generated content, emotional distress, data loss, or misuse of the service.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to JustSay at any time if these terms are violated.

13. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of JustSay constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
